Bovine QTL Viewer

Welcome to the Bovine QTL viewer and database at the University of Adelaide. This site contains all available public domain bovine QTL data for both dairy and beef traits. We hope you find this site useful and we welcome suggestions for improvement. Funds for the server and software development were provided in part by a Texas A&M University Telecommunications and Informatics Task Force grant (http://titf.tamu.edu/).
